DevSimplex.org is operated by DevSimplex (Private Limited), a commercial entity registered in Pakistan with operations in the United Kingdom.

This is not a registered charity, non-profit organization, or educational institution. All programs are commercially operated with community-oriented principles.

Governance Policies

S.O.R.F. Compliance

All AI systems and programs operated by DevSimplex.org comply with the S.O.R.F. AI Corporate Mandate.

Human Oversight

Despite “autonomous” branding, human oversight exists at certification gates, dispute resolution, and policy decisions.

Data Privacy

We adhere to GDPR principles. User data is not sold. Right to deletion is supported.

Amendment Process

The S.O.R.F. Mandate and governance policies may be amended through the following process:

Proposed amendment drafted by DevSimplex leadership
30-day internal review period
90-day public comment period for material changes
Board vote (majority required)
30-day implementation notice before changes take effect
