DevSimplex.org is operated by DevSimplex (Private Limited), a commercial entity. This is not a registered charity, non-profit organization, or accredited educational institution. All programs are commercially operated with community-oriented principles. Certifications issued are industry-oriented credentials, not academic degrees.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services.
  • If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Program Terms

DAIP (Autonomous Internship Program)

  • This is a self-paced learning program, not traditional employment.
  • No compensation, stipend, or employment relationship is created.
  • Completion does not guarantee employment at DevSimplex or elsewhere.
  • AI systems assist with evaluation; human oversight exists at certification gates.

Certifications

  • Certifications are industry-oriented credentials, not academic qualifications.
  • Recognition by employers is not guaranteed.
  • Certificates may be revoked in cases of proven fraud.
  • Verification data is publicly accessible for authenticity confirmation.

Code of Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • ✗Submit work that is not your own or violates intellectual property rights
  • ✗Use automated tools to complete assessments dishonestly
  • ✗Share account credentials or allow others to use your account
  • ✗Attempt to manipulate or circumvent evaluation systems
  • ✗Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
  • ✗Misrepresent your certifications or credentials

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on DevSimplex.org, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by DevSimplex (Private Limited) or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Your Submissions

You retain ownership of code and content you submit. By submitting work, you grant us a license to use it for evaluation, program improvement, and (with your consent) showcase purposes. We will not use your submissions to train external AI models without explicit consent.

Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee employment outcomes or career advancement.
  • We do not guarantee that certifications will be recognized by any employer.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • Program content and availability may change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevSimplex (Private Limited) and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination
